Is anyone else horribly annoyed that while Blizzard actually seems to get their crap straight (which is usually not their forte with large patches), Battlenet doesn't seem to have the same system working for them? Where is their complaint forums? I'd like to know why all of a sudden I've downloaded a patch to a game that I can't log on to.
